Effects of the action of non-enforcement of the act

This lawsuit is not intended to invalidate the debtor's actions. The nullity and description of the legal acts that did not complete the elements and conditions required by law when they arise. However, this action is intended to protect creditors from the correct conduct of the debtor and to harm them.   Effects of the lawsuit for creditors  Once it has been decided that the disposition will not come into force, all creditors whose actions have been issued will benefit them.  Therefore, the creditor of the claim and other creditors can not be invoked to act against them, any creditor can take any action to effect the money in question as if it remained in the debtor's custody.   The effects of the lawsuit on the relationship between the executive and the disposer  The act of non-enforcement of the act does not affect the existence of the conduct concluded between the debtor (the disposer) and the disposer of the act.   Therefore, the agent may refer to the debtor acting in the payment arising from the act, he may ask him to guarantee the benefit or execution in return, or the dissolution and compensation.
